Are you a committed Christian who is passionate about helping children, youth and their parents/carers grow in their relationships with each other and with God?
St Paul’s, Boundary Road, is a thriving church in West Bridgford with a desire to serve the local community. We are seeking to build on the success of our previous Children and Young Families Worker role; as such, the age range of those we are working among has widened, and we now want to provide more for youth.
We are looking for someone who is a:
1. Networker – building links in schools, community groups and places within our community where children and young people are engaged.
2. Leader – overseeing, resourcing and supporting our existing Sunday and midweek provision and those who lead it.  Involvement in worship and young church.
3. Strategist – ensuring that any work carried out is focused and clear how it fits in to the “big picture” of what we are trying to do.

Children, Families and Youth Leader

As growing churches, we are looking for a passionate follower of Jesus to build on strong foundations; offering pastoral care, discipleship and children/youth activities, within both our churches and reaching into our community.
This is a joint venture, bringing together St. Peter’s Anglican Church and Ruddington Baptist Church, as we seek to bring the love of God into the lives of our children, young people and families in this thriving village.
You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership, co-ordinating a team of volunteers and running a range of children and youth activities.
This appointment is subject to a satisfactory criminal record (DBS) check. The post carries a genuine occupational requirement for a committed Christian.

A part-time vacancy exists for a Church Administrator for St Mark's Church, Woodthorpe
15 hours per week to be worked on days and times to be agreed
with the Vicar, starting as soon as possible. Hourly rate of £9.72
Applications are invited for appointment to this key administrative post.  The focus is to provide essential administrative support for the Vicar and PCC in pursuing the church’s mission in the parish of Woodthorpe.  The successful applicant will be based in the church office at St Mark's Woodthorpe.
We are looking for someone who:
• has an ability to relate well to people in the church and the community and is a team player
• has highly competent computer skills
• has excellent administrative skills/organisational ability
• is self motivated and willing to take responsibility
• can handle basic financial calculations
• can cope with an evolving job
• is in sympathy with our Christian ethos, mission and aims.
