This year's World Mental Health Day on 10th October comes at a time when our daily lives have changed considerably as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  It is expected that the need for mental health support will substantially increase in the coming months and years, so this year's campaign is a call to increase investment in mental health provision at national and international levels. Greater investment, greater access for everyone, everywhere.

Although greater funding is absolutely needed, we can also be more aware ourselves of what we can do to impact our own and others mental health. JUST BE KIND.

Say thank you, smile, offer to help someone, be a good listener and don't forget to be kind to yourself too!

Let's all play our part for greater mental health wellbeing each and every day not just 10th October!
