Why is 'Nature' the focus of MHAW this year? During the long months of the pandemic, millions of us turned to nature. Research from the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) showed going for walks outside was one of our top coping strategies and websites which showed footage from webcams of wildlife saw hits increase by over 2000%. The  MHF believe that nature is our great untapped resource for a mentally healthy future.

So, why not call that friend and go for a walk, arrange a coffee break outside with your work colleagues or take photos of nature on your doorstep and share on social media.

We are all aware of the wonder of God's creation -let's get out and enjoy it and a positive impact on our mental and physical wellbeing.

Job 12:7-10

But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air, and they will tell you: or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish of the sea inform you.  Which of all these does not know that the hand of the the Lord has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.
