St Wilfrid’s Church is located in the village of Wilford on the banks of the River Trent and can be accessed from Main Rd in Wilford via Church Drive, which runs alongside the village green.

We are also handily located for the NET tram network and just a short walk from the Wilford Village tram stop.

At the moment we are streaming our services online. You can find out more about what we are doing whilst we are not able to meet in person here

Normally we hold two Church services every Sunday at 8am and 10:30am.

The 8am service is a quiet, reflective service of Holy Communion which usually lasts about 45 minutes.

The 10:30 service varies in format throughout the month, with Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month, and varying formats on the other Sundays.  As well as the main service we also have break out sessions for younger people. All of our 10:30 services are accompanied by our talented group of musicians and singers.

In addition to the services we hold in Church, we also hold an evening service on the third Sunday of each month at 6:30pm in the Silverdale Community Centre.

We also enjoy collaboration with our local community and join forces with the Community Group, to put on events such as the May Day celebration on the Village Green, Quiz Night’s and other social events, all of which ties in with our mission statement to “Share Life; With Jesus Christ, With one Another, With our Communities”.
